North Manyana Subdivision

GHD is collecting personal information provided through submissions on behalf of Manyana Project Pty Ltd for the purpose of the Australian Government's assessment of the proposed North Manyana Subdivision under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).

Any comments, submissions and personal information you provide during the public exhibition period may be reviewed by GHD and Manyana Project Pty Ltd and will be provided to the Australian Government as part of the EPBC Act assessment process. The information collected will be used to prepare a summary of issues raised during consultation, document responses to those issues, and, where necessary, inform updates to the assessment documentation. Public comments received must be provided to the Australian Government together with a summary of comments and responses as part of the assessment process.

When preparing consultation summaries or reports, GHD will seek to protect personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. However, individuals should be aware that information submitted as part of a statutory environmental assessment process may be disclosed to government agencies or included in publicly available consultation reporting where required by law or regulatory process.

‍By providing a submission, you acknowledge that your comments may be considered and referenced in consultation reports prepared for the EPBC Act assessment process. If you do not wish to provide personal information, you may submit comments without including information beyond that required to communicate your feedback.
